Job summary

Fraser Health seeks a FullTime Manager to lead Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) operations across Peace Arch Hospital (White Rock) and Delta Hospital (Delta) in BC. You will manage staffing, budgets, compliance, and process improvements to ensure patient safety and efficient service delivery.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences or related field with seven years' related experience, including two in leadership, and strong collaboration with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and 7 years related experience with 2 years in leadership.
• Knowledge of reprocessing and infection control principles and standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Manages MDR operations for designated sites across Fraser Health.
• Leads staffing, performance evaluations and professional development.
• Ensures compliance with acts, regulations and collective agreements.
• Develops and manages portfolio budget and financial analysis.
• Collaborates with management and surgical teams to optimize services.
