A leading company is seeking a Senior Materials Developer who will drive innovation in performance textiles with a focus on sustainability. This role involves collaborating with various teams to execute materials development projects that align with the company's circularity goals. Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX :
As a Senior Materials Developer, you are a subject matter expert focused on our circular future in materials. You are a team lead and your expertise will enable you to serve as a guide for other team members and cross-functional partners to deliver operational excellence, while stretching into special projects with cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to develop best-in-class textiles that significantly impact the success of our product and circularity targets. You will learn alongside our industry partners through hands-on experience. Your focus will be a high-performance circular toolbox and on-time delivery in the materials space, driving our product and our brand forward in alignment with our supply chain goals.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation :
91,000 - $114,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$91,000 - CAD$114,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and / or training.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
