Hypercare, founded in 2016, is a clinical communication and on-call management platform for healthcare professionals to reduce time-wasting frustrations that clinicians face on a daily basis. The solution provides on-call scheduling, clinical communication, and activations of critical teams on any device – all designed to help seamlessly improve workflow efficiencies, reduce medical errors, and improve patient outcomes. Job Overview

Hypercare has experienced rapid expansion in the last few years and we recognize the need to establish a scalable go to market machine for continued success. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing initiatives, including strategy development and marketing execution to help accelerate growth, enhance brand awareness, and position our company as a market leader in the clinical communication and collaboration space. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong B2B omnichannel marketing experience.

Key activities and responsibilities include the following :

  • Demand & Lead Generation : Support multi-channel demand and lead generation campaigns, including content marketing and SEO / SEM in order to drive brand awareness, consideration, qualified leads and sales pipeline growth.
  • Brand Positioning : Strengthen the company’s brand presence and thought leadership in the healthcare technology space through strategic messaging, digital marketing efforts and content creation. Create meaningful marketing assets that support our ability to showcase Hypercare's value proposition (e.g. case studies, one-pagers).
  • Go-to-Market Marketing : Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, launch new features, and create compelling value propositions and sales enablement materials.
  • ABM : Develop and execute account based marketing programming in collaboration with sales. This includes owning execution across marketing channels such as email, social and offline tactics in order to drive customer growth at the enterprise level.
  • Metrics and Analytics : Measure marketing performance, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

What does the Sr. Marketing Manager need in order to be successful in this role? Here are a few of the qualities that our team at Hypercare looks for :

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with some experience in the B2B healthcare or technology sector.
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth in a B2B environment. In particular, experience supporting a scalable top-of-funnel strategy including SEO, SEM and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Experience with product marketing would be beneficial.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in using sales and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce) to decipher insights and drive strategy.
  • Ability to execute cross-functional projects on time.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
