Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing & Communications, the Senior Marketing Manager will support Equiton Living, a full-service property management company overseeing Equiton’s portfolio of income-producing multi-family properties across Ontario. This role involves content creation, website management, advertising, and promotional activities to maximize property performance and strengthen the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, execute, and analyze marketing strategies and campaigns to promote properties and drive rentals.
  2. Support branding, positioning, and community engagement activities for Equiton Living.
  3. Assist with crisis communications and reputation management.
  4. Manage the website, including property listings, ILS activations, and lead generation.
  5. Coordinate photography, 3D tours, virtual staging, and other creative assets for property promotion.
  6. Create content related to new property acquisitions, including website profiles and communications.
  7. Provide detailed ROI, cost per lead, lease, and KPI reports monthly and quarterly. Develop and execute lease-up marketing plans for new developments.
  8. Assist with marketing collateral development, editing, and proofing, including signage, brochures, floor plans, datasheets, and flyers.
  9. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and industry best practices.
  10. Supervise, manage, and coach one direct report.
What You Bring :
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma with 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with RentSync, Yardi, CRM Flex, and RentCafe platforms.
  • Website design experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship management skills, operating with tact, diplomacy, and integrity.
  • Strong work ethic, trustworthy, capable, and reliable team player.
