Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to translate strategy into compelling content across digital and print channels. You will craft blogs, website copy, emails, brochures, and event materials, while aligning with regional leadership and brand standards.

You will support SEO initiatives, lead generation, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. A 2–5 year marketing background and strong writing, design, and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce marketing content across digital and print channels, including blogs, website copy, email campaigns, direct mail, advertising, presentations, brochures, and event materials.
  • Design and adapt branded creative using established templates and brand standards.
  • Support SEO and AIO initiatives by incorporating approved keywords, recommendations, and search best practices into content.
  • Support lead generation through market research, opportunity tracking, targeted campaigns, and marketing outreach.
  • Assist with proposals, RFP responses, sales presentations, qualification materials, and other business development collateral.
  • Research PR, media, award, speaking, sponsorship, partnership, and networking opportunities and coordinate with Marketing and external partners.
  • Support regional events, including invitations, registrations, marketing materials, vendor coordination, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and deliverables while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bring forward creative ideas, market insights, and opportunities that can help increase awareness and support Midwest growth.

Job Duties and Essential Functions

What Success Looks Like

The successful MarketingCoordinator IIwill be a versatile, execution-focused marketer who can turn established strategies and priorities into polished,timelywork across content, design, events, lead generation, and sales support.

The position will require someone to work in a variety of different environments, such as an office (primarily)andit will require the incumbent to drive to different events and properties.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5years of marketing, communications, agency, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, research, and project management skills.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong graphic design capabilities across digital and print materials.
  • Proficiencyin Canvarequired; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with email marketing,HubSpot CRM,WordPress, digital advertising, and SEO tools preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
  • Ability to take established direction and independently move projects through execution.
  • Portfolio or examples of design, writing, and marketing work preferred.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work will be determined by the business.

Position Supervision

Employee reports directly to the marketing director.
