We’re seeking a high-performing Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can lead projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will manage tasks, lead initiatives, solve complex challenges, and shape our brand’s presence in the market.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will partner directly with internal stakeholders to lead and execute various marketing and special projects approved by leadership. You’ll serve as the primary marketing expert for your partners, applying strategic insights and best practices to ensure successful marketing efforts.

What You Can Expect

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor for internal stakeholders, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives—from concept to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams (agencies, vendors, creatives, etc.) to ensure quality execution.
  • Manage marketing initiatives including campaigns, promotions, brand strategy, and market research.
  • Develop clear, actionable reports and updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Set measurable goals and realistic deadlines, ensuring they are met.
  • Solve problems, identify efficiencies, and act as a resource and mentor to colleagues.
  • Take ownership of marketing success—bringing energy, curiosity, and clarity to every project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience

  • Well-rounded marketing experience across print, digital, and campaigns—bringing a strategic, full-channel perspective.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling 20–30 projects simultaneously and quickly learning new tools and processes.
  • Collaborative and agency-savvy, with experience working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • High emotional intelligence, able to build relationships and contribute to a supportive culture.
