Join our team

The Consumer Base Management team is seeking a Senior Market Manager for an 18-month maternity leave coverage to drive migrations from prepaid to postpaid. The role involves supporting churn mitigation and acquisition growth through targeted marketing tactics for TELUS and Koodo prepaid customers. You will oversee marketing work streams to support these objectives.

Impact and collaboration

You will work with various teams across TELUS Consumer Solutions, creating the Mobility marketing strategy and aligning cross-functionally for success. Your proactive leadership will help drive awareness, evolve programs, and deliver business outcomes, with opportunities to expand strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to migrate customers from prepaid to postpaid
  • Test and refine messaging, segmentation, and offers, analyzing performance for insights
  • Coordinate with sales channels across Canada to execute programs and respond to market changes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze performance, identify improvements, and gain leadership support
  • Expand portfolio to include other strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Ideal candidate

  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably in wireless consumer businesses
  • Proven ability to secure buy-in from all organizational levels using storytelling and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills for co-creating initiatives
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and project management skills
  • Experience with analytics tools like Tableau
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional projects
  • Nice to have: experience managing capital projects

Salary Range: $90,000-$134,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Additional benefits include competitive salary, vacation, flexible benefits, pension, share purchase, and more. Compensation may change in 2025.
