Job Description
Baird has an opportunity for a Senior Marine/Coastal Project Engineer with technical expertise and business development experience in water resources and coastal engineering. Senior engineers at Baird are involved in project delivery and play a key role in pursuing new business opportunities. This role offers growth potential for candidates who value collaboration and leading complex ocean, lake, and river projects.
In this role, you will lead project management efforts, contribute to business development by identifying and securing new opportunities, and build lasting client relationships based on reliability and results. You will also mentor junior staff and work within a team environment. Your expertise will enhance our capabilities in coastal and marine structures, port and navigation engineering, risk analysis, hydrology and hydraulics, metocean analysis, and construction management.
