The Sr. Web Optimization Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall performance and optimization of Prodigygame.com, ensuring it delivers exceptional user experiences while aligning with business objectives and brand standards. This role focuses on improving core web vitals, guiding and mentoring a talented web team and driving continuous innovation through data-driven experimentation.

Your Impact:

• Lead and mentor our web team, including an SEO Manager and two Web Developers
• Develop a feature and experimentation roadmap tailored to user personas (parents, teachers, administrators)
• Implement, and analyze A/B, multivariate, rules-based, and AI-driven tests using platforms like Intellimize, VWO, or Optimizely
• Monitor and improve Prodigygame.com’s core web vitals to ensure optimal website performance
• Collaborate with design and brand marketing teams to enhance user interactions and UI/UX, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Drive search engine visibility and improve rankings through strategic on-page optimizations and the execution of an effective content strategy
• Oversee WCAG accessibility compliance, ensuring the website is inclusive and user-friendly for all audiences
• Manage and prioritize incoming web requests from various teams, ensuring timely and effective execution
• Drive adaptive personalization efforts based on demographic and psychographic data to tailor visitor experiences
• Track, analyze, and report on key website metrics and test results, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
• Champion a culture of experimentation and learning across teams by sharing successes, documenting insights, and driving meaningful user-focused improvements

About You

• Proven ability to manage technical roles (web developers), and expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization with 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Proficient in platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or comparable content management systems
• Proficient in utilizing testing platforms such as Intellimize (Webflow Optimize), VWO, Optimizely
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work towards achieving consensus with various stakeholders
• Deep expertise in marketing analytics and performance measurement with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma
• Strong understanding of user experience principles paired with a keen eye for design to create user-centric, high-performing solutions.
• Solid technical proficiency in front-end web development
• Familiarity with data pipelines and campaign tracking tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, or Fivetran, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting
