This role involves centralizing and automating reporting for International Banking portfolios while ensuring compliance with risk policies. The Senior Manager, Transformation MIS and Data Management will work closely with the Director, Portfolio Oversight Reporting Management and the Transformation office to centralize and automate reporting requirements to report on the performance of International Banking portfolios across the credit lifecycle by ensuring that monthly portfolio performance reporting is delivered and executed in accordance with Scotiabank’s Risk Appetite and policies framework, governing regulations, guidelines, procedures and best practices across the industry.
Specifically, the individual is responsible for centralizing data across multiple sources by designing database tables, maintaining, and implementing automations required for reporting automation for all aspects of the credit lifecycle from Originations to Collections leveraged for dashboards and decks for executive level consumption. The individual is also responsible for all ETL, job implementations and full end to end automation.
