GROUPE NORDIK in Gatineau, QC, is seeking a Senior Manager, Tourism and Market Development to grow traffic and revenue across markets. You will lead the B2B channel with hotels, tour operators and agencies, while overseeing regional marketing managers to activate markets daily.

The role requires travel across Canada and strong leadership in tourism development. The position offers a full-time 40-hour workweek with potential for remote work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in tourism, business, management, marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years in business or market development, ideally in tourism/hospitality.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market development plans across local and long-haul markets.
• Build local inbound tourism partnerships with hotels, attractions and employers.
• Represent Groupe Nordik with tourism organizations and trade shows.
• Monitor wellness tourism trends and visitor flows; drive KPI performance.
• Lead regional marketing managers and align activation plans.
• Design offers tailored to distribution channels while protecting profitability.
• Travel across Canada to manage relationships and explore new markets.
