BDO Consulting is expanding its Technology Consulting practice in British Columbia and is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technology Consulting – Application & AI Engineering to help grow our local market presence and build our AI Engineering practice. Our AI Engineering practice includes modern application engineering, AI-enabled software delivery, systems integration, and engineering transformation, helping clients modernize enterprise technology and deliver better business outcomes.

Successful candidates will have sufficient technical depth and delivery experience to establish credibility with client technology leaders, guide engineering and architecture decisions, and lead complex technology transformation programs, including embedding responsible AI principles and governance controls into AI-enabled solutions.

You will play a foundational role in growing BDO's AI Engineering practice in British Columbia. Beyond leading client engagements, you will help shape our market strategy, build executive client relationships, develop new consulting offerings, recruit and mentor talented professionals, and influence the evolution of one of BDO's fastest-growing Technology Consulting practices.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $138,000 - $230,000 annually.
