The Senior Manager Technical Program Management is a functional leader responsible for working directly with the general manager and director of product management to execute on their Vision to drive new software solution development cross-functionally and release solutions to the market that delight our customers.
In this role, you will lead a group of program managers and other functions that operate across all levels of the company in realizing our company’s Vision. As a technical and solutions expert, you are responsible for leading agile cross-functional global teams consisting of Systems and SW Engineers, Test Engineers, Operations, etc. from initial concept to deployment.
You will meet and/or exceed complex program goals for product performance, quality, regulatory compliance requirements, cost, schedule and development budget.
Given our multitude of design and development partners, you will be directly involved in negotiations related to Business Development and Legal.
Hybrid role: 4 days in the office; 1 day remote.

Salary: USD 150400.00 - USD 225600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
