Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent and Engagement to drive strategic global initiatives that enhance talent acquisition, retention, performance, and leadership development. This individual will work closely with global leadership to foster a culture of growth, learning, and succession planning. The role will focus on aligning our workforce capabilities with business goals and optimizing talent engagement strategies to support long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship & Development: Lead training and mentoring initiatives for HR teams and leadership, focusing on best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, aligning goals with business strategy, and implementing strategies for continuous feedback and career growth.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and manage a global succession planning strategy, identifying critical roles and ensuring organizational continuity through strategic talent development.
  • Learning & Development: Design and implement employee development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and preparing the next generation of leaders.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead strategic workforce planning and ensure a positive candidate experience, promoting the organization as an Employer of Choice.
  • Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction, working closely with leadership to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Compliance & Culture: Ensure programs adhere to labor laws and regulations, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Technology Optimization: Collaborate with IT and HR operations teams to ensure the effective implementation and use of HR software platforms to enhance the employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
  • 8-10 years of talent management experience, with at least 2 years in a global capacity
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Manufacturing experience and exposure to global, matrixed organizations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR software, SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to act tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to drive change and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • High initiative, ownership, and resourcefulness to implement creative solutions
  • Strong coaching skills and a passion for developing talent
