In this role, you will lead a recruitment team, consult with business leaders, and develop innovative hiring strategies. As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Personal Banking and Commercial Banking, you will be the primary relationship manager for all talent acquisition activity to a wide range of business leaders in Western Canada. With a strong commitment to partnership and delivering on our organizational talent strategy, you will partner with Human Resource Business Partners and the local business market leaders to ensure best in class talent acquisition strategies are in place for each business and will lead all local market recruitment initiatives. You will also be accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment team by building their capability, and supporting and implementing new tools, programs and processes to ensure RBC’s continued competitiveness in the communities we serve.
