The Senior Manager, Supply Chain, will support the Landing Gear segment within the Advanced Structures Strategic Business Unit, overseeing the health of the forging and raw material supply base. This includes leading both direct and cross-functional teams across global sites in Texas, Poland, and Oakville, Canada.
You will manage a team of Account Managers/Buyers who are responsible for procurement and supplier performance across commercial and military programs. Additionally, you will lead and manage the Supply Chain Operations Excellence team, which focuses on identifying supply risks, assessing urgency and impact, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
This role involves regular collaboration with global suppliers and internal teams particularly in Poland and Texas and requires a solid understanding of the overall business strategy. You will help shape the future direction of the forging and raw material commodity for the Landing Gear business.
Success in this role requires well-developed leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers both locally and across the global organization.
This position will be worked Onsite at our Oakville, ON facility.
