We are currently searching for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics, reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for developing and leading an enterprise-level analytics capability that enables data-driven decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain. This role provides strategic insight across planning, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and inventory through advanced analytics, reporting, and forecasting. The role will establish analytics governance, data standards, and performance measurement frameworks while partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and service excellence across The Beer Store (TBS) and Brewers Distributor Ltd. (BDL). A critical focus will be building scalable analytical tools, talent, and platforms that support both operational execution and long-term supply chain strategy.
Our Corporate Office is currently located in Bolton, ON. We offer a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week and on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function. As part of our continued growth, we are relocating our Corporate Office to Milton, ON with a planned entry at the end of 2027. Employees in this role will be expected to work from the Milton location once the transition is complete.
