Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto seeks a Senior Manager, Specialized Programs & Client Strategies to lead advisor resources, campaigns and client insights that support Total Wealth growth.

You will partner with Practice Excellence, Global Wealth Solutions and Marketing to deliver sales tools, presentations and client-facing materials, while guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment with risk and compliance.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in the brokerage advice industry, with sales and marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of the wealth management industry and the advisor/client experience.
  • Strong experience developing marketing, sales communications, digital tools and social media strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills, with confidence working across internal and external partners.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with design platforms is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead and implement advisor resources, tools and campaigns that support client growth through Total Wealth Programs.
  • Create and adapt sales tools, presentations, prospecting materials and client-facing insights that help advisors deliver holistic wealth solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Practice Excellence, Global Wealth Solutions, Marketing and Communications, to align resources with business priorities and growth strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with in-field leaders, advisors, relationship managers and partners to understand business needs and share best practices nationally.
  • Lead communication and distribution of Total Wealth Program resources through channels such as newsletters, presentations, town halls and advisor training.
  • Support business development initiatives focused on priority client segments, including aging clients, women clients, business owners and next generation clients.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, tools and initiatives, including dashboards, presentations and executive communications.
  • Champion a client-focused, inclusive and high-performance culture while ensuring business activities are aligned with risk, compliance and conduct expectations.

PURPOSE:

Contribute to the overall success of Total Wealth growth initiatives and programs across Scotia Wealth Management, with a focus on advisor resources, business development tools and client strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with key partners across Global Wealth Solutions, Practice Excellence, Marketing and Communications to develop and deliver client-facing insights, presentations and prospecting materials that support advisor business plans and help drive Total Wealth growth.

As part of the Practice Excellence team, you will help enable advisory teams and leaders to effectively run, grow and scale Total Wealth businesses through practical training, practice management support, analytics and strategic resources aligned to Scotia Wealth Management’s priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
