The Resource Management team is an integral part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations group, which deploys programs focused on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit engagement teams in performing effective and efficient audits.

Resource Management is about standardizing and optimizing resources for our firm, our audit clients, and our people. This involves :

  • Identifying resource options that align the right people to the right work to deliver high-quality services;
  • Enabling business functions to share people resources;
  • Enhancing workforce planning, including leverage models, contractor use, and offshore resourcing;
  • Leveraging tools to identify staffing opportunities considering individual skills and interests.

The Senior Manager, Resource Management - Process Standardization, will design, execute, and assess internal controls for compliance with industry and regulatory standards, contributing to the development and improvement of internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures.

What You Will Do

  • Develop understanding of National Resource Management processes and controls.
  • Design and implement these processes.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders impacting controls.
  • Manage interactions with Business Units, including Leaders, Partners, and Resource Managers.
  • Collaborate on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Support IT tools and solutions to enable processes and controls.
  • Stay updated on SoQM and external regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports on SoQM for stakeholders.
  • Work with the SOQM team and Resource Management leadership on remedial actions.

What You Bring To The Role

  • CPA with 5+ years of audit or relevant experience.
  • Experience with internal controls (e.g., SOX, ICFR).
  • Experience with large projects and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to support compliance projects and challenge process design.
  • Empathy and professionalism in interactions.
  • Self-motivated with deadline management skills.
  • Proficiency with technology solutions (PowerBI is a plus).
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

This role requires fluency in English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range is $103,000 to $154,500, with potential bonuses. Salary offers depend on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
