Are you an expert in sales operations with a passion for optimizing processes, fostering strong partnerships across teams, and delivering clear, actionable insights? We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to support our regional sales teams and leadership—someone who thrives on driving results, building trust, and influencing change.

As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you’ll be the key operational partner for our sales organization, focusing on compensation management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll serve as the main contact between Sales and internal support functions such as Marketing, Communications, Credit, and Centralized Services, ensuring seamless collaboration. You’ll also play a role in managing change initiatives affecting sales.

This is a strategic, hands-on role with no direct reports, suited for a self-starter comfortable working independently at a senior level.

Your role :
  • Research and recommend sales strategic plans. Develop and implement processes and systems to enhance operations. Represent sales at quarterly meetings and serve as a subject matter expert for IT enhancements impacting sales.
  • Lead the annual sales forecasting and budgeting. Oversee monthly and ad-hoc sales reports, including performance tracking and awards.
  • Manage and implement annual bonus plans. Provide guidance on compensation exceptions and assist with sales reports as needed.
  • Monitor competitor activities and trends. Share insights and recommendations with senior management. Research providers for lease products and develop asset profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams—Regional GMs, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, Credit, and others. Foster trust, teamwork, and support cross-functional projects.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and diplomatically, especially on sensitive issues. Take initiative to resolve challenges creatively and judiciously.
  • Manage various sales and marketing projects. Oversee budgets for community sponsorships, memberships, and related activities.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
