We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to support our regional sales teams and leadership—someone who thrives on driving results, building trust, and influencing change.
As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you’ll be the key operational partner for our sales organization, focusing on compensation management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll serve as the main contact between Sales and internal support functions such as Marketing, Communications, Credit, and Centralized Services, ensuring seamless collaboration. You’ll also play a role in managing change initiatives affecting sales.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with no direct reports, suited for a self-starter comfortable working independently at a senior level.
