  • Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and trends. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management. Research providers for lease products and develop asset profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams—Regional GMs, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, Credit, Centralized Services, etc. Develop trust, facilitate teamwork, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Communicate ideas and information clearly and diplomatically, especially on sensitive issues. Take initiative to resolve challenges with creativity and sound judgment.
  • Manage various sales and marketing projects. Plan and oversee budgets for community sponsorships, memberships, and related activities.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Your Team :

Joining our team means working with a leader in equipment financing, engaging with diverse clients, tackling unique business challenges, and delivering impactful solutions. The Senior Manager, Sales Operations reports to the Vice President, Direct Sales, and collaborates with Regional GMs, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, and other departments. Requirements :
