We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to provide critical support to our regional sales teams and leadership—someone who thrives on driving results, building trust, and influencing change.
As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you’ll be the key operational partner for our sales organization, playing a crucial role in compensation management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between Sales and support functions such as Marketing, Communications, Credit, and Centralized Services, ensuring seamless collaboration. You’ll also be a key stakeholder in managing change initiatives impacting sales.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with no direct reports, ideal for a self-starter comfortable working independently at a senior level.
