The successful candidate will be based in Vancouver or the surrounding area and must work at least 3 days/week in our downtown office (located at 980 Howe Street, Vancouver). As the Senior Manager of our Sales Development team, you will lead a team of 5-7 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team. Your role will involve developing and executing effective outreach strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to optimize pipeline creation.
The OTE range for this position is from CAD $140,000 -$155,000 annually; the OTE includes a variable commission component, and the pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
