The opportunity
EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager – FICO to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you'll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market.
Business Transformation : Knowledge and experience in driving Finance transformation initiatives and delivering on process optimizations and improvements in an ERP project. Ability to drive end-to-end integrated processes that enhance operational efficiency, embed innovative SAP technologies, and align financial processes with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of finance operating models, data-driven decision-making, and change management. Responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional teams through design and implementation phases, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Project Management : Participated in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $120,500 to $216,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
