Job summary

ATB is seeking a Senior Manager, QA Services to lead the Salesforce QA team and drive automated testing, SDLC governance, and continuous delivery across the enterprise. You will partner with Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Development to ensure high-quality, secure software delivery while optimizing delivery performance.

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading IT delivery and maintenance teams.
• Strong QA and automation focus for platform config and development.
• Experience defining enterprise quality strategies and automated testing.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software delivery.
• Familiar with SDLC, CI/CD, agile practices and testing tools.
• Experience with Salesforce and cloud deployment preferred.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools like GitLab/GitHub/Copado.
• Ability to work across multi-platform environments and teams.

As we configure and customize Salesforce, migrate data from existing CRM systems, and integrate new solutions, you will support effective execution.
