Job summary

ATB Financial is seeking an Everyday Banking Advisor based in Calgary. You will connect with clients to understand needs and offer tailored personal banking solutions, including lending and savings options, while building lasting relationships in a community-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in client-facing banking roles, strong communication, and a drive to grow sales responsibly. A finance/business degree is preferred, with a commitment to inclusivity and community

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience creating remarkable client experiences and developing strong relationships.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the retail banking industry or a similar field.
• Experience with lending products (loans, credit cards, etc.) is considered an asset.
