Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ post-designation experience in audit/assurance.
- Prior experience managing a team for at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with accounting systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee assurance and audit engagements for both public and private clients.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions on complex accounting matters.
- Train, mentor, and review the work of junior and intermediate accountants.
- Anticipate engagement risks, assess alternatives, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate closely with managers, partners, and client service teams to meet timelines and expectations.
- Build long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Drive engagement efficiency and maintain firm quality standards.
Qualifications
- CPA designation (mandatory).
- 1–2 years’ post-designation experience with at least 3 years in audit / assurance.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian Auditing Standards, IFRS / ASPE, ASNPO, and US GAAP (asset).
- Prior experience managing and mentoring a team (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong engagement management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting systems.
