A healthcare organization in Mississauga is seeking a strategic leader to shape business unit strategy and drive initiatives. The role involves collaboration with teams to enhance performance. Candidates should have at least 5 years in strategy development within healthcare, complemented by strong analytical and leadership skills. The position offers a hybrid work environment, aiming for operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Provider Services this role is responsible for shaping and driving our business unit strategy, translating strategic vision into clear, actionable plans that solve complex business problems, through innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps and lead initiatives that improve performance and scalability. A key part of the role involves effectively communicating the strategy, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategy and business leadership, preferably within healthcare or PBM, and excels at uniting teams around a common vision through data-driven insights and collaborative leadership.
Work Location: Mississauga Head Office
Working environment: Hybrid, 2 days a week
