Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking a Senior Manager for Proprietary Cards in Canada to drive growth across BMO’s proprietary Mastercard portfolio. You will shape product strategy, manage day-to-day product operations, and lead cross-functional teams to improve acquisition, engagement, and profitability.

They will be actively involved in developing the product strategy and ensuring the effective day-to-day management for several credit card products to enhance customer experience, drive increased acquisition and customer engagement, as well as optimize product profitability.You will work across cross-functional teams to strategically oversee many aspects of the customer lifecycle from acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as own the execution of strategic projects for the bank including launching new products and programs.The ideal candidate has strong experience developing and executing on strategic product roadmaps, developing financial business cases, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to drive results.
