Job description

Senior Manager, Procurement & Supplier Development

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement & Supplier Development to lead our procurement function and help evolve it into a high-performing, accountable, and strategic business partner. This role is not about maintaining the status quo, it’s about transforming a well-intentioned but tactically focused team into a disciplined, assertive, and value-generating group.

In today’s environment of shifting tariffs, trade uncertainty, and tightening compliance expectations, we need someone who stays sharp on global sourcing dynamics and understand how regulatory shifts impact the supply base and our business.

You’ll take charge of a team of buyers and set clear expectations. Your role will be to coach, restructure, and realign the team to ensure that procurement isn’t just “shopping” or being selective on duties; it’s driving results, controlling costs, and mitigating risk. You’ll be directly responsible for negotiating with key vendors, developing sourcing strategies, and raising the commercial and professional acumen across the entire team.

This is a role for a builder and a leader; someone who can be both firm and fair, who thrives in complexity, and who knows how to get things done without losing the room.
