As a Senior Manager in Privately Held Business with Grant Thornton, you will:

  • Provide solutions to clients on accounting matters and support their growth in current financial conditions
  • Lead and execute client engagements under various reporting frameworks across industries
  • Contribute to new business development by leveraging your expertise and understanding of our services
  • Act as a leader within the business unit and firm, contributing to the development and execution of the office business plan
  • Maximize engagement profitability through effective resource utilization
  • Review corporate and personal income tax returns, NTRs, and reviews
  • Lead teams to exceed client expectations
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including file reviews
  • Support team development through coaching, performance management, and training
