The Senior Manager, Post-Offer Recruitment, leads execution of BMO's recruitment process from offer through to onboarding and supports the delivery, development, and implementation of initiatives and programs for Talent Acquisition & Enablement (TA&E) to ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Program Delivery

  • Leads the execution of the post-offer program; assesses and adapts as needed to ensure quality of execution.
  • Oversees the end-to-end employee and candidate experience ensuring consistency and delivery within service level agreements and standards.
  • Acts as the day-to-day subject matter expert for the post-offer process and provides advice / support across BMO as required to meet program run requirements.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies and for internal / external stakeholders.
  • Facilitates the ongoing education, communication and awareness of the post-offer process, including policy, principles and standards for various stakeholder groups to ensure standardized and consistent application enterprise wide.
  • Performs quality reviews to confirm compliance with standards and identifies gaps or issues.
  • Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine.
  • Operates at a group / enterprise-wide level and serves as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Process Improvement

  • Performs periodic reviews of the program and understands industry trends, analyzing the impact and effectiveness of the program, providing insights, making recommendations for enhancements and executing changes as required.
  • Leads / participates in the design, implementation and management of core business / group processes.
  • Manages resources and leads the execution of program-related projects to deliver on business and financial goals.
  • Implements changes in response to shifting trends.
  • Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives, based on an in-depth understanding of both recruitment and the post-offer process.

Qualifications :

  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth / Expert.
  • Influence skills - In-depth / Expert.
  • Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth / Expert.
  • Able to manage ambiguity.

Salary :

84,000.00 - $156,000.00

The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. BMO also offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
