Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Portfolio Insights and Operations. This role will be based in NJ or PA, and it is required to be in the office three days a week.

The Senior Manager, Portfolio Insights and Operations sits within the J&J Technology Strategy & Operations ePMO, providing strategic ownership and operational delivery of insights to manage the enterprise Technology portfolio in a product model. Responsibilities include:

  1. Integrated Governance, Prioritization and Reporting: Develop real-time views of Technology portfolio performance aligned with priorities.
  2. Portfolio Optimization: Model and analyze portfolio performance across scenarios, considering financials, roadmaps, workforce, and business outcomes.
  3. Executive Dashboarding: Collaborate with Finance and Portfolio Leads to deliver strategic insights and metrics to leadership, including EC, TLT, and CIO scorecarding.

This role involves creating analytical prototypes, scalable self-service solutions, and curating executive-level metrics and insights.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of dashboards and insights to drive visibility of key Technology priorities and programs.
  • Practice continuous discovery and mature Polaris, the enterprise Executive Dashboard product, maintaining vision, OKRs, and roadmap.
  • Shape and implement reporting governance strategies, standardize tooling and reports, and develop the analytics technology roadmap.
  • Conduct ad hoc data exploration, stay current with industry trends, and develop key metrics to monitor performance.
  • Support leadership decision processes through governance, prioritization, and communication.
Other Duties:
  • Maintain reporting schedules in partnership with Finance and ESG.
  • Support leadership requests for analytics.
  • Align Polaris roadmap with Nexus Product Manager.
Experience and Skills:

Minimum 8 years in metrics/reporting, analytics, strategic planning, or consulting. Strong skills in digital product management, data platforms, financial literacy, negotiation, and influencing. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and managing cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including executives, and to lead change in a matrix environment. Results-driven, analytical, and curious with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management consulting, Agile/Scrum, JIRA, advanced data visualization, and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Business.
Compensation:

Base pay range is $120,000-$207,000, with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, and paid time off.
