What You’ll Do

As Creative Strategy Intern, you will:

  • Support the Creative Strategy team in early-stage research, insight development, and concept exploration, including trend analysis, cultural research, deck support, and idea organization across brand, content, and experiential projects.
  • Assist in maintaining clear, efficient creative workflows while gaining exposure to the full creative strategy lifecycle; from brief to concept to presentation.
  • Conduct cultural, brand, and trend research to inform creative strategy across a range of department needs.
  • Support the development of strategic insights, creative territories, and big ideas through decks, mood boards, and written frameworks.
  • Track cultural moments, emerging platforms, and creative best practices relevant to our clients and projects.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Insight, Experience, and Community teams to help bring ideas from early concept through execution.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks by organizing materials, references, and research to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
  • A curious, culturally fluent thinker with a strong interest in brand, creative, and cultural strategy.
  • Someone who loves researching trends, music, media, design, internet culture, and emerging platforms — and can connect dots across them.
  • Comfort working in decks, docs, and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Keynote, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media from a consumer perspective, with familiarity across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and support multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also taking initiative on independent tasks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs proactively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
What We Offer
  • Access and networking opportunities with our global internship program.
  • Participation in THE·TEAM‘s ‘All Pro’ learning & development programs, gaining insights into all THE·TEAM services and products.
  • Access and exposure to the top sports, arts, culture, music, and entertainment clients around the world.
  • Participation in THE·TEAM’s CMHA mental health programming.
  • Opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Real-time industry experience, working alongside some of North America’s top talent, including both clients and THE·TEAM employees.
  • $18.15/hour wage.
