What you’ll be doing
As a member of CDO Transformation team and reporting to the Director, People Change Management, the Sr. Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for leading the design, development and execution of people change strategies and execution for the CDO team. The role is responsible for overseeing organizational change and program management planning for significant initiatives and projects within a department, emphasizing positive impacts on personnel. It utilizes professional expertise in managing departmental budgets, costs, staffing, and managerial planning to create a cohesive strategy for transformational initiatives. The role ensures transparency in the sequencing, planning, and management of people-related changes associated with these initiatives by conducting analyses on skills and workforce dynamics, while employing strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, the role conveys transformational change initiatives at a high level and assesses progress against established plans to ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement and realization of objectives.

How You’ll Succeed
End-to-end change leadership: You have the ability to develop change management strategies for business-specific projects including, crafting the change narrative and conducting change impact assessments to understand stakeholders, impacts and resistors. You develop change plans to support impacted team members through each stage of the change journey and you partner horizontally to develop key assets and communications aligned to change management plans to ensure that the change lands successfully.
Strategic Consulting: You have the ability to think strategically about how you can mobilize and engage teams across the enterprise to deliver strategic change. You have a keen ability to synthesize complex ideas and recommendations, provide industry trends and insights and drive strategic recommendations through executive level presentations and briefings. You influence leaders on suggested actions and creatively resolve problems by identifying innovative alternatives. You have a proven track record in creating materials meant to be shared at Executive Forums and are skillful in using Microsoft’s suite of products.
Relationship building: You act both autonomously and collaboratively. You forge strong relationships with various teams but working with partners to ensure the development and co-ordination of critical project elements for successful implementation. You are a great communicator, with the ability to negotiate and influence to ensure alignment across dependent deliverables. You manage communications and risks – proactively, consistently and effectively – in order to drive intended impact. You have a proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization and you have the ability to deal with ambiguity and develop processes from the ground up.
Who You Are
You have a degree/diploma in Business, Change Management or a related field. You have 7+ years of experience with People Change Management concepts with a focus on change delivery.
You can demonstrate experience in change management and strategy development. It’s an asset if you have an understanding of Prosci’s ADKAR methodology.
