An exciting opportunity awaits a highly passionate and motivated Senior Manager, People and Culture Experience in our National Business Unit. Based in the downtown Toronto office, this role provides a unique opportunity to take part in strategic engagement, attraction and talent development with the support of a high-performing national team. The Senior Manager, P&C Experience (PCE) , is accountable to ensure the execution of the firm's P&C strategy, policies and programs for National colleagues located within the National office and across the country through the management of other People & Culture Managers (PCMs). Additionally, the Senior Manager, may serve as the primary or secondary P&C leader for National.

As a Senior Manager, People and Culture Experience some of your responsibilities will include:
•Work in collaboration with the People and Culture Experience leadership team to contribute to the development of People & culture strategies and annual priorities.
•Build and nurture a highly effective and highly engaged P&C team at National office and support them in establishing strong business advisor relationships with their local client groups.
•Ensure execution of firm wide People & Culture priorities and alignment of all firm policies, programs and practices to ensure our people experience is exceptional and consistent across the firm
•Share accountability for the measures of success established annually
•Ensure the People and Culture Experience team leads engagement and execution of the components of the Firm’s national engagement programs
•Support the People and Culture Experience team in ensuring a focus on talent attraction, engagement, and developme nt; and supporting them in accessing stretch opportunities to work with members of our broader P&C leadership team on various strategic initiatives.
• Contribute directly to the development of the Business Unit’s People Managers by coaching them to excel in their people management responsibilities.
•Ensure that the People and Culture Experience team works cooperatively with the firm’s P&C Centres of Excellence by advocating agreed processes, programs and policies; providing feedback and ideas to make us even stronger, as one team.
•Provide feedback into the development of and ensure the effective communication of our P&C cyclical requirements
•Champion talent mobility [at all levels] within Business Units, across service lines, and nationally.
•Promote and leverage the use of people-related data to achieve strategic objectives
•Act as business advisor to the P&C leadership team on pace and nature of contemplated change initiatives across the firm; and lead agreed change strategies as required.

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Senior Manager, People & Culture Experience? Like the colour purple? Great. Here’s a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a Human Resource Management role
• Post-secondary education required; and HR-related education and CHRP is considered an asset
• Coach accreditation or similar certification would be an asset
• Exceptional relationship builder and proven ability to lead and inspire a team, articulate a vision and influence stakeholders
• Prior experience as a strategic HR business partner, ideally within a professional services environment
• Experience coaching leaders and building confidence in their own coaching skills
• Maintenance of strict confidentiality, as required
• Knowledge of current legislation related to employment as well as current HR theories and practices including recruitment, policy and performance management
• Solid judgment and effective interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines through strong organizational skills
• Strong business acumen
