  • Assess the organizational and workforce implications of enterprise transformation, operating model change, integration, restructuring, technology, automation and evolving business priorities.
  • Support strategic workforce and capability planning by identifying future-state capabilities, roles, capacity needs and organizational implications.
    • Develop transition roadmaps, implementation plans, readiness assessments and risk mitigation approaches for approved organization and operating model changes.
    • Independently manage assigned workstreams, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, dependencies and timelines, escalating material issues and decisions when appropriate.
    • Build trusted relationships across the Bank and provide subject matter expertise on organization design, operating models and organizational effectiveness.
    • Contribute to the development and consistent application of enterprise organization design methods, tools, templates and standards, and share relevant external practices and emerging trends.
    • Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, organizational psychology, organizational behaviour or a related field.
    • 6+ years of progressive experience in organization design, operating model design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, management consulting, transformation or related disciplines.
    • Demonstrated specialist-level expertise in organization design and operating model design, including organizational structures, capabilities, governance, decision rights, accountability frameworks, role design and ways of working.
    • Experience independently leading complex organization design and/or operating model workstreams from assessment through recommendation and implementation planning.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to examine complex situations from multiple perspectives, identify underlying issues and develop evidence-based recommendations.
