Reporting to the Vice -president, Customer, experience, network operations, the Senior Manager is responsible and accountable to lead, develop and implement strategies to achieve operations continuous improvement, reporting, quality and performance objectives in an efficient manner supporting the different Service Delivery teams.
He/She manages project planning and execution activities and relationships with external and internal partners. He/she is also responsible for managing a team of professionals.
Develops, executes and monitors the business support roadmap, ensuring the business and operational needs of our internal clients (e.g.: CE, Network Ops, Transportation, EM) are met in an efficient and timely manner.Establish and manage delivery plans that respect budgets, schedules, quality, resource availability, etc. Communicate work progress to impacted stakeholders.
Support to develop a data-driven culture in the operation that supports real-time decision-making:
Supports the project group in the realization of major projects impacting the Service Delivery teams. Works closely with the different business units to operationalize and implement new policies, products, processes, applications, etc.
