Our client is a company specializing in industrial maintenance and hygiene services. They are looking for their new Senior Operations and Performance Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing operations, ensuring good team management, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of overall performance.

Your role:

  • Performance optimization: Implement strategies to improve productivity and adjust processes to meet operational and financial targets.
  • Operations and team management: Supervise and support site managers, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
  • Budget management: Monitor allocated budgets, analyze variances and optimize profitability of operations.
  • Customer satisfaction and business relations: Guarantee quality service, manage requests and adjust services in line with customer expectations.
  • Standards and compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations and quality standards to guarantee a safe and efficient working environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible working hours

Job location: Laval / Telecommuting / On the road - Flexible locations
