Job description

As a Senior Manager of Key Accounts you will be primarily responsible for coaching and managing 2 team leaders, and indirectly managing retention-based Account Management teams of 19-20 representatives. You will also be developing strategies to ensure ROI on reinvestment and retention activities is maximized. This role and will be reporting to the VP of Account Management with a base salary of $132,000 to $165,000 plus bonuses.

THE LOCATION

The head office is in Perth, Australia.

The Canadian office is in downtown Toronto, Ontario.

The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the downtown Toronto office.

THE PRODUCT/SERVICE

Virtual Casino Games

The majority of clients are located in the North American wide

PRODUCT & SALES CYCLE

VIP clients- $50,000 to $1,000,000 in revenue annually.

TYPICAL DAILY DUTIES

· Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Build/Coach a team and create strategies for managing high value players to maximize acquisition, retention, and overall player experience.

· Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and adjust plans for managing high-value player relationships, ensuring proactive outreach and targeted reinvestment to improve retention and reduce churn.

· Player Acquisition and Reactivation: Identify and execute opportunities for acquiring and reactivating high-value players, developing strategies and budgets in line with legal and compliance guidelines.

· Optimize Systems and Processes: Work with Customer Operations to enhance account management performance, create monitoring tools, and establish effective operational procedures.

· Lead and Develop Teams: Implement performance management frameworks, conduct training sessions, support career development, and manage recruitment and day-to-day team performance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary $132,000 - $165,000

Annual Bonus up to15% of base salary

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Min 5 years of experience managing other sales leaders in a large-scale operation

Min 5 years of B2C sales experience within a hospitality or consumer-facing industries team

Experience developing strategies for business growth and retention

Experience in the gaming industry is an asset

Experience in online and offline events and hospitality is an asset

Tech-savvy
