Position Overview: Senior Manager, National Quality

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the development of firm-wide internal quality management systems and monitoring programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Responding to industry, national, and international standards by developing risk management policies and systems.
3. Creating a quality monitoring environment aligned with the firm's cultural aspirations, promoting transparency, education, and a culture of change.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to determine monitoring needs in line with business strategy and professional standards.
5. Supporting change management initiatives to help our people thrive.
6. Recommending improvements at various organizational levels to enhance quality.
7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory monitoring requirements and liaising with external regulators.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Exceptional business acumen, supported by academic credentials; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in public accounting or professional services, with regulatory or quality control experience.
• Experience reviewing work from a quality control perspective is an asset.
