A leading fine jewelry brand is seeking a Senior Manager, Merchandise Planning to drive product and inventory decisions. This role involves developing financial plans, managing inventory processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business strategies. As part of Noura’s original vision to empower women to invest in themselves, the brand launched the Empowerment Fund to support underrepresented women and non-binary individuals with the tools to empower themselves. As the Senior Manager, Merchandise Planning, you’ll play a critical role in establishing how planning drives product and inventory decisions across the business. This is a rare opportunity to build processes, introduce new ways of working, and influence cross-functional teams — especially Merchandising — who are engaging with Planning in a formalized way for the first time.
This role requires someone who’s not only highly skilled in financial planning and data interpretation but also excited by the challenge of change management. You’ll be a key business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, especially the Merchandising team, providing insight, structure, and recommendations to help them make more informed, strategic decisions.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to turn data into action, and is energized by the opportunity to bring clarity and efficiency to a growing, entrepreneurial retail business.
What you'll do
What you'll bring to the team
5+ years of experience in retail planning, buying, or retail business analytics — ideally in a high-growth or multi-channel environment.
A strong understanding of retail financial metrics and inventory management principles.
Experience partnering with Merchandising or Buying teams and bringing structure to decision-making in environments that are less process-driven.
Strategic thinking and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and change — with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, especially in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Merchandising, Finance, etc.).
