Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Oncology – Canada (Office based role – hybrid) to join our dynamic & passionate team in Canada.

In this role, a typical day may include the following:

  1. Identify & assess critical gaps and develop/implement Medical strategies and initiatives to address needs, as appropriate.

  2. Implement external scientific activities involving the scientific and medical specialist community and bring the medical perspectives of the healthcare community back into the organization - examples include advisory boards, medical education, congresses, publications, sponsorships, etc.

  3. Aligning the strategy and manage the planning, development, and execution of accredited and non-accredited educational initiatives. This includes collaborating with physician associations, external experts, and internal teams to create and execute impactful learning programs. Coordinate and support in-field activities, assisting Field Staff in execution.

  4. Ensuring all activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct. Act as a subject matter expert responsible for the review, approval and documentation of materials.

  5. Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement key initiatives by working to co-create impactful initiatives that align to the therapeutic strategy and address the needs of external stakeholders.

  6. Manage project timelines and objectives to meet therapeutic area strategies, including oversight of any external vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of activities and programs.

  7. Building & maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders to gather insights, conduct needs assessments and conduct innovative initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must have a post-graduate scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or other scientific degree) as well as over 6 years of proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry in Oncology and Medical Affairs. With a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, you have a solid understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment, with excellent written and verbal communication in English (and French would be an asset). This role is based out of the Regeneron Canada head office located in Mississauga, Ontario.
