A leading professional services firm is seeking a Senior Manager for Learning in their Advisory practice. This role is pivotal in shaping learning strategies and overseeing various programs that enhance technical and soft skills across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management and adult learning design, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The Senior Manager, Learning – Advisory is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery and management of learning and development solutions for KPMG’s Advisory practice. The Senior Manager, Learning serves as a catalyst to driving best practice approaches to learning and development. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a variety of learning programs: programs built and facilitated in-house, learning curriculums through vendor partners, higher education partnerships, and blended learning solutions. Learning initiatives focus on a wide range of technology / digital skills, business / technical skills, and personal / soft skills.
The Senior Manager, Learning & Development – Advisory will establish and maintain close relationships with Advisory National Leads and Advisory Service Line Leaders to best understand and meet the learning and development needs of our business
