Fred Victor is seeking a Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Campaigns to lead the capital campaign for Make It Home, building an investor network and managing donor relations. The role coordinates with the Make It Home team and external consultants to execute the bond offering and campaigns.

Reporting to the Director of Special Projects and working collaboratively with other members of the Fred Victor Make It Home Team, the Senior Manager Investor Relations and Campaigns will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of impact investors and capital campaign donors. This role is integral to the success of Fred Victor’s ambitious Make It Home Campaign that will create 200 new affordable homes over 5 projects in 6 years.
