We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on digital leader for a 10-month contract role to lead key initiatives across integrated campaigns and digital marketing. As a Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns and Digital, you will drive demand generation programs, manage digital campaigns, and oversee performance across Paid Media, SEO, and the Website. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Content teams to generate leads. We are looking for someone passionate about top-of-funnel engagement that leads to qualified pipeline and bookings.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and measurement of these initiatives—ensuring alignment with KPIs for campaign and pipeline targets. You’ll lead post-campaign analysis, present insights, guide web development to meet roadmap goals, and ensure a smooth transition at the end of the contract.

What You'll Do :

People Leadership of the Digital Delivery Team (30%)

  • Provide leadership and direction to 2 web developers, aligning website priorities with marketing and corporate needs.
  • Oversee project prioritization and delivery to support campaign, SEO, and performance marketing goals.
  • Ensure reporting, QA, and stakeholder communication are clear and timely.

Integrated Campaign and Digital Strategy (40%)

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns and remarketing efforts.
  • Manage quarterly thought leadership campaigns aligned with content pillars.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns to accelerate pipeline and lead generation.
  • Oversee agency partners, manage budgets, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure cohesive campaigns across digital channels.
  • Identify trends, optimize spend, and improve performance.
  • Provide creative direction for ad formats and content strategies.

SEO (20%)

  • Oversee SEO strategy for content and technical initiatives.
  • Build an SEO roadmap aligned with campaign goals and domain growth.
  • Coordinate with web development for technical SEO improvements.
  • Partner with SEO agencies for audits, keyword analysis, and initiatives.
  • Prioritize SEO projects for long-term growth in search metrics.

Campaign Performance (10%)

  • Benchmark channels and campaigns, standardize metrics.
  • Compile and present analysis and post-mortem reports.

What You'll Bring :

  • 10+ years in marketing, focusing on paid media, SEO, and B2B SaaS campaigns.
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, 6sense, ZoomInfo, SEMrush.
  • Strong project management and analytics skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Experience with GenAI for campaign and strategy optimization.
  • Proven success in website CRO and A/B testing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence to share insights with senior leadership.
  • Curious, proactive, self-motivated, with a passion for marketing innovation.
