What's the opportunity?
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our RBC Borealis Lumina Deployment Services team as a Senior Manager for Lumina Intake Service. The Senior Manager of Intake will manage all aspects of the Lumina Deployment Intake process; establishes and maintains policies and procedures for planning, designing and maintaining a centralized onboarding system for the LoBs. Success of this role is measured in terms on how well the Intake process is managed by onboarding our LoBs in a timely manner as well as the customer satisfaction factor during the onboarding journey.
Your responsibilities include:
Organize and coordinate processes and procedures for all Intake requests for LoBs;
Serving as a liaison and building bridges among Lumina team and customers;
Intake and backlog management through centralized system, opportunity discovery and prioritization;
Review business use-cases, opportunity analysis and pitch materials;
Development of elements of the client journey and experience ownership;
Roadmap development and ownership;
Planning and monitoring to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved;
Managing all aspects of the Intake process to ensure the onboarding is completed within a set deadline;
Thought leadership on key and emerging technologies, competitive landscape and RBC Borealis transformation;
Identify improvement opportunities in RBC Borealis and propose a potential solution;
Liaise with and manage cross-functional teams to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver solutions to our clients;
Presenting key strategies to communicate vision, roadmap and achieve buy-in from senior management and stakeholders for overall Lumina Intake process;
Report progress of project status, milestones, and achievements to stakeholders;
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers in assessing new technologies and industry trends.

3-5 years of experience in managing client facing processes;
You are a strategic thinker with enterprise vision;
You are results-oriented and focused on user, client and business outcomes;
You develop and leverage structured approaches, frameworks and toolkits;
You are an inspiring culture and change champion;
You can captivate an audience through engaging communication and influence;
You are highly capable of learning quickly and deeply;
You have experience partnering closely with a variety of stakeholders and are comfortable presenting to senior executives;
You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in financial services;
You have a broad view of the enterprise and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance;
You have experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Nice to have:
You have strong product leadership skills and the ability to own a portfolio of projects end-to-end independently, including a track record of successful product deliveries;
Proven experience in consulting or similar strategic, transformation focused industry roles considered an asset;
You have experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
