Senior Manager, Identity, Access and Secrets Management

Join us at Moneris as we seek a Senior Manager, Identity, Access, and Secrets Management to lead our IAM strategies and operations. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of IAM initiatives, managing key IAM tools like CyberArk, SailPoint, and Venafi, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Location: Toronto office, hybrid work model.

Reporting to: Vice President, Information Security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive IAM strategies aligned with security policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with security and tech teams to deliver best practices for on-premise and cloud IAM solutions.
• Manage IAM and Secrets programs, including privileged access, identity governance, and user lifecycle management.
• Enhance IAM tools and technologies to secure critical systems and data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead architectural design of identity solutions integrating legacy and innovative platforms.
• Provide executive reports on IAM program effectiveness and KPIs.
• Enforce RBAC and automate provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
• Manage secrets, including API keys, certificates, and tokens, across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8-10 years of IAM experience, with 3-5 years in leadership.
• Experience with IAM solutions like CyberArk, SailPoint, Venafi, LDAP, SSO.
