Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Human Resources, Transportation West and Network Operations, is responsible for leading an HRBP team and serving as the strategic business partner to Senior Management in the Transportation West and Network Operations functions. The role oversees all aspects of human resources and acts as a coach to team members.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Drive business results with Executives by acting as an active and influential trusted business advisor.
  • Implement HR initiatives and programs that support overall company strategy.
  • Support functions in executing key HR processes, including recruiting, performance management, succession planning, and compensation.
  • Communicate policy and program changes and ensure successful roll-out of all HR programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Drive organizational design and structure in functions being transformed, ensuring the right roles and talent are in place to fulfill transformation objectives.

The Qualified Candidate will have :

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including:
  • 3+ years of experience leading, supervising, and coaching a team.
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada and the USA.
  • Human Resources Certification (CRHA) or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in both written and verbal communication (English and French).
  • Considered an asset.
