Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Human Resources, Transportation West and Network Operations, is responsible for leading an HRBP team and acting as a strategic business partner to Senior Management in these functions. The role oversees all aspects of human resources and coaches team members.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Drive business results with executives by acting as a trusted and influential business advisor.
  2. Implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with company strategy.
  3. Support functions in executing HR processes such as recruiting, performance management, succession planning, and compensation.
  4. Communicate policy and program changes effectively and ensure successful rollout of HR initiatives.
  5. Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  6. Drive organizational design and structure during transformations, ensuring the right roles and talent are in place to meet objectives.

The Qualified Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including:
    • 3+ years of experience leading, supervising, and coaching teams.
    • Ability to travel across Canada and the USA.
    • Human Resources Certification (CRHA) or equivalent*.
    • Bilingual in English and French*.

*Considered an asset.
